Everything was simply perfect.

There were very good staff and food for a such great stay on almost every visit.

Loved my fantastic stay on almost every visit. The employees were great and courteous.

Came in Galway to relax and have fun, this known hotel was useful base for doing it. The venue had a central setting in city centre. The Irish bar was adjoining, loved this place.

Had great 2 days here thanks to its great staff and rooms. I loved the room with a view, my bed was comfortable.

The venue was always clean, had fab location and staff. The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a beautiful area, next to pubs, Galway and the bus stop;))

Staff were cheerful, everything was great, the location was best possible and right beside everything. The rooms with comfy beds as well as fully equipped bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed Irish bar & cool drinks. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus.

All good — I loved my stay — food was outstanding and my bed was great. And it also had panoramic view. They made my stay pleasant. Only 5 min walk to downtown. The hotel took care of the outstanding service too.

Decent location, tasty breakfast and appalling people. A shopping mall and all the major shops were right next door. Liked that it was 10 minutes' walk from the train station. It was DELIGHTFUL hotel and we had a brilliant stay.

Location and atmosphere are good, I liked it. Pretty nice bedroom with a luxurious bathroom. There's easy parking available and consistent internet too.

The reception was good and tidy. Had stylish room with fully equipped bathroom and comfy beds, as for instance for a very relaxing stay. I loved how amazingly kind the hotel stuff where. Breads and pastries in the morning were superb, the fee was usd 11 per person per day.

We liked everything, it was really good. Exquisite view, a lovely balcony, amazing bed, too. Food was delightful and their restaurant was nice. Overall an exceptional stay, great value...

the place was spotless with okay staff and location. the bathroom was spacious & the bedroom was comfortable. we truly enjoyed that this homey hotel is set in the central area. easy check in and late check out.

Appreciated this place, it was spotless and had fantastic staff and food. There were comfy beds and central heating, a writing table and ironing facilities in the king room. Went to Zappi's to try specialties, it's approx 5 mins walk away...

beds were spacious and customer service was marvellous. room was good sized for us. it was near to lough atalia.
